First Quality Restoration believes in documentation and proof of the work performed.
That is why digital cameras are used to document the damage upon arrival and psychrometric
readings to prove the moisture content of the air. Non-penetrating and penetrating
meters are also used to check wall cavities, flooring, and sub-floor moisture content.
These are done everyday until dry out is complete and documented for the customer
and/or insurance company. Keeping liability to a minimum is a huge advantage in this
business, and the peace of mind that the customer receives is second to none.
"Making sure the insurance company gets the right paper work, pictures, and all pertinent
information is important to me. First Quality Restoration makes the process easy."
"When we called First Quality Restoration they arrived within thirty minutes and
saved the day! Thank you First Quality Restoration!"
